THE PROJECT

Redesign and rebrand of Jobs.ie. From user research the old Jobs.ie branding was

Friendly tone voice, with 47% of our audience in the 26-39 age range.

Personalised using header imagery to sector and location. Saving the last search to display relevant jobs.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

From research and analysis, soft login and automatic registration on the application and automatic job alerts were introduced. This has increased traffic to the site by over 10%, over 1.5 million monthly visits.

 

USER JOURNEY

To capture a three click apply, with the jobseeker guided through the site without the need to use the menu. The next step is always in front of them. Removing pain points. Automatic registration on a job application.
